GIRLS HUMAN RIGHTS CHALLENGE
A key feature of the event will be the Girls Human Rights Challenge, where participants will have the chance to showcase their creativity and legal knowledge in tackling real-world human rights issues faced by girls globally. This challenge will push you to think critically, collaborate with peers, and present your solutions in a supportive, action-oriented environment.
For the upcoming event on March 14, 2025, “Legally empowered: Girls Leading Change”, participants are invited to submit their proposals by March 7, 2025, to the admin@ghrh.org. Selected finalists will have the opportunity to present their ideas in a 5-minute pitch at the venue. Prizes for the winners include:
Shadowing Opportunities: Gain firsthand experience by shadowing legal professionals.
Lunches with KCs: Engage in insightful discussions over lunch with King's Counsel (KCs).
Mini Pupillages: Experience life as a barrister through short-term placements.
Mentoring: Receive guidance and support from experienced mentors in the field.
